1.  A security deposit equal to one month’s is required to reserve a unit.  

2.  Two more deposits are required before the tenant moves in:  First month’s rent and last month’s rent.

3.  Utilities arrangements vary by property.

4.  A parent/guardian co-signer is strongly preferred for full-time students.  Exceptions will be made for international students and other cases where it poses a hardship.

5.  Bedroom sharing (2 students in a room) is permitted within certain limits.

6.  Generally, pets are not allowed, but exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.  Tenants with pets are encouraged to inquire about our pet policy.
